Founder, The Still Point Collective
Hilary is the kind of person who sees a problem and refuses to accept it as inevitable. She holds a bachelor's degree from the University of California, Berkeley and earned her MBA at the University of Southern California. With a background in finance, real estate, and insurance, she's spent most of her career as a product strategist at financial services firms. She's an expert at developing exceptional high-touch client experiences that depend on effortless technology.
Hilary dreamed up The Lorry Launderette as a solution to the gendered Laundry Problem. High-earning women still often handle 8-10 hours of laundry a week where their male counterparts have no such burden on their time. Hilary is on a mission to fix it once and for all.
Hilary founded The Still Point Collective to help other moms pivot to entrepreneurship. She believes in supporting other women and running her home like a family office.
Hilary and her husband, Yogesh (who has endlessly supported this wild laundry truck journey) are raising their two kids in Phoenix. You'll find her meandering through the Desert Botanical Garden or practicing yoga. She is building community for women who refuse to choose between home and ambition.

Katie thrives off of competition in all aspects of life. She rowed at the University of Pennsylvania and managed sales at LinkedIn during its transformation from a niche networking site into the infrastructure of the professional world.
She mastered communication and leadership from some of the world’s best companies and became an expert problem solver.
Then she had Ky and Keate with her college sweetheart Dave, and she hit her Still Point. She wanted to be her own boss because the corporate structures she was winning in were not designed for someone trying to run a family and a career with intention.
Now, as a Real Estate Agent with Decode working in Manhattan and Brooklyn, she has the autonomy to run her business and her family in a way that serves their goals and values. Katie has become a trusted advocate helping her neighbors navigate one of life’s most stressful journeys.
She’s found an untapped niche serving other mothers who are often the decision makers for their families’ real estate needs. She lives life like her clients—taking the kids on the subway, schlepping to activities, managing toys in a Brooklyn apartment—so her clients know she deeply understands their needs.
Katie and her husband Dave are raising their two children in Prospect Heights, where she remains equally committed to her community and her business. You’ll find her in Brooklyn closing deals, at the CrossFit box, or skiing in Utah when the snow is good. Katie does not do anything small.
Laura Hoxie

Laura Hoxie is the person organizations call when the strategy is sound but the execution keeps falling short. She holds a Bachelor of Science from Cornell’s School of Hotel Administration and earned her MBA at the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business. With more than twenty years inside high-growth companies — through Hilton, Four Seasons, and an eight-year run at Sonder Inc. that ended as Vice President of Brand Management and Central Services — Laura built the operating models that let customer experience and internal systems scale alongside the business.
When her time at Sonder ended, Laura founded BTR Advisory — an operator-led consulting practice helping leadership teams turn operational complexity into structured, scalable growth. Her work is diagnostic before it is prescriptive: she assesses how an organization actually operates, identifies where the misalignment sits, and designs the changes teams can realistically adopt and sustain.
After 20 years living and building her career across the country, Laura made a deliberate return to her hometown of Phoenix to raise her boys near their grandparents alongside her husband Pete. Coming back to the Valley has been, in her own words, "one of the best decisions" of her life.
In addition to career and family life, Laura is a Mahjong instructor and co-owner of Sonoran Mahjong, and she serves on the board of the Fresh Start Women's Foundation. After two decades of designing operating models for other organizations, Laura is now applying that same rigor to her own life.
Catherine "Katie" Sage

Catherine "Katie" Sage is the kind of person who turns a personal pivot into a force for her whole community. Over more than a decade in healthcare consulting and clinical research — at notable firms like Covance and Quorum Consulting, and with a degree in public health from UC Berkeley — Katie built deep expertise before she stepped away from her profession to become a stay-at-home mom.
Like many high-achieving mothers, the impact she went on to have on her community was extraordinary. Her first chapter of that work was as a breastfeeding advocate with La Leche League of San Diego, where she supported new mothers through their breastfeeding journeys and became a vocal champion for extended breastfeeding.
From there, Katie turned to literacy. She spent countless days volunteering in the San Diego public school system, helping children with reading delays catch up to grade level. But she didn't stop at lending a hand. She brought her public health consulting skill set to bear, conducting a deep dive into complete reading programs with proven efficacy. She's helping teachers implement new, evidence-based approaches.
Now, true to The Still Point spirit, Katie is launching Sage Academy — her own venture as an elementary education expert and reading specialist, built to help children learn to read over the summer. She is proof that stepping back from one path can be the very thing that lets you architect the next.
